Bluebonnet Business Center is a four-building, Class A Industrial space in Northeast Austin. The park consists of cross-dock, front-load, and rear-load buildings, accommodating a wide variety of tenants. The property is just off of Hwy 290 with close proximity to both US-183 and SH-130.

We collaborated with Burton Construction & Powers Brown architecture to bring this new business center to life. Over 24,000 Sq. Ft. of cantilevered canopy was installed to outfit 4 new buildings, making this our largest woodgrain soffit finished project to date.

There were many design elements to be met for this project. Not only did we comply with these requests and meet expectations, we exceeded them.

Canopy Solutions has delivered countless times on these massive, scaled projects regardless of the industry we are serving or the adjustments to be made during installation. In just 7 months’ time, we successfully accomplished our goals of leaving this space better than we found it.
